More specifically Key Accountabilities include:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the CV digital platforms (e.g. website, social media), ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and execute e-trial/CRM strategies that align with brand and business objectives, driving customer engagement and brand loyalty under internal compliance and external regulation requirement.
  • Design and develop brand loyalty/reward program to upgrade execution from off-line to online
  • Lead brand media plan development with media agency. Continue optimizing media buy result and ensure quality execution following brand communication guideline.
  • Closely work with product marketing to create and manage contents for social media (consumers and ECPs), and other forms of digital communication
  • Website & Campaign Management: Manage vendors, internal resources to ensure the strategic development of websites, SEO, WOM, and campaign tactics (social, paid media, search) are planned and executed to optimize conversions.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing; understanding for medical devise or OTC drug industries plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong knowledge of different digital and social platforms, and website management
  • Familiarity with privacy laws, and compliance requirements related to consumers’ and customers’ data.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, and drive results.
