MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To assist the outlet manager in managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center in the F&B Division. He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction consistent with Shangri-La Experience Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation and administration.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.

Fluent in English (oral and written).

Degree / Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management.

​​​Minimum 03 (three) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.

A dynamic personality with a strong leadership and motivating skill.

Excellent knowledge of F&B Management.
