As the Design and Content Ops Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind the systems and processes that support our design and content teams. You’ll help build scalable platforms and optimise workflows to ensure our teams can deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You’ll also foster communities of practice, champion inclusive design, and support capability growth across the organisation. Your work will help shape how we work together and deliver great experiences for our customers.
This role reports to the Head of Design Capabilities and is being offered as a permanent full-time opportunity. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements (a mix of working from home and in-office collaboration)
