We’re looking for a great leader to own our relationships and opportunities with advertisers and sales teams. This person will partner with advertisers, brands, and agencies, to deliver industry best ad-supported viewing experience, and play a key role in creating optimal conditions for brands and agencies to advertise.
Through these partnerships, you will help deliver the business, and evolve high-quality, differentiated products and services, for Vudu and its advertisers.
You will work closely with Vudu’s ad-supported video on demand team, and leadership, across the broader team and enterprise, to create, lead, and optimize strategic relationships with key partners and brands. Key cross-functional team members will be in ad operations, programming, content acquisition, and product management.
To be successful, you will need deep understanding of video platforms, products, and services, along with other technologies involved in delivering innovative video-streaming services to tens of millions of customers, across hundreds of different device types. You’ll balance that technical understanding with an ability to drive sales and strategy, identify key deal terms, and successfully negotiate to achieve Vudu’s business goals.
The ideal candidate has strong business judgment, and a visible track record of successful partnerships, and high-level relationship management skills. This individual can converse fluently in the languages of sales, product, and operations teams.
You have expert ability to:
o Develop campaigns, prospects, and pitches
o Support all sales leads as the primary interface between the sales team, prospective clients, ad operations, product, and marketing teams at Vudu
o Prospect and establish relationships with demand partners; manage relationships to maximize promotion of, and advertising on, the Vudu platform
o Drive conversations with demand partners and brands to promote the benefits of advertising on the Vudu platform, and subsequently manage the process of closing deals
o Serve as a resource for best practices in campaign structure and set up
o Manage on-going campaigns
o Support advertisers’ campaign integration, and liaise with ad ops/product departments as required
o Monitor performance of advertising partners to drive consistent evaluation and optimization
o Coordinate with ad ops to ensure alignment on platform inventory thresholds
o Manage reporting and post campaign wrap
o Equip partners with compelling value propositions, support reporting capabilities, and facilitate the presentation of a clear and engaging narrative to advertising clients
o Deep dive with the analytics and insights team, as needed to understand the business, and support advertisers, and their campaigns
o Consistently ensure demand partners are up-to-speed on any new platform opportunities or capabilities
