Key Accountabilities:

Programming/ software development:

  • Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result. Take part in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.

Systems design:

  • Specifies user/system interfaces and translates logical designs into physical designs taking account of target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems. Produces detailed designs and documents all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.

Skills:

  • Work directly with the business to support various projects and solutions.
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand process pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
  • Experience developing PowerApps model.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years as developer with a specialization in Clinical domain
  • 5+ years as developer [hands-on] on Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Model driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and MS SharePoint
  • Power Query
  • One of Microsoft Power App certifications is desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the CRO industry desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Math’s, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
