Mission:

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Junior Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of banking project management. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a variety of exciting projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects
  • Gather and analyze project requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to creating project plans and documentation
  • Manage project tasks and timelines, track progress, and identify and address potential issues
  • Support communication between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and prepare reports
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and knowledge

Profile required

Operational skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in the banking industry
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) a plus

Behavioral skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Position not subject to phone recording
  • Position not subject to MIFID 2
  • Duration: 6 months
