Your ‘day to day’

You will design visibility strategies to strengthen brand presence at POS, ensuring the right POP materials for awareness and price compliance. Additionally, you’ll lead digital content initiatives and online activations with e-retailers, aligning with brand priorities and tracking performance. This role requires strong collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills to deliver agile execution across multiple projects.

Major accountabilities:

  • Design and implement visibility strategies tailored to each channel, ensuring permanent and temporary materials at POS.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with design and print agencies to present strategies and adapt key visuals across communication materials.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to plan and execute timelines effectively.
  • Track and evaluate key metrics to measure performance and ensure proper implementation at POS.
  • Conduct pilots and visibility material tests at POS to guarantee quality and impact.
  • Develop and optimize content and assets for digital platforms.
  • Define and execute digital tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for retailers and consumers.
  • Create innovative digital experiences to strengthen brand presence online.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, catalog updates, and promotional assets across marketplaces.
  • Analyze and present digital performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns, websites, and digital strategies, ensuring KPI achievement.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and proactive problem-solving. Secure stakeholder buy-in through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Analyze and interpret data from sources such as Sell-Out KA, Nielsen, and Google Analytics to monitor KPIs, measure the impact of activities, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to capitalize on business opportunities and follow up on execution for the CC business.
  • Gather insights through consumer sessions to understand their needs and behaviors throughout their journey.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in FMCG with strong consumer and trade knowledge.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or digital.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong business-building mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
