Are you a skilled HVAC professional who loves solving problems and educating customers? Eco is looking for a HVAC Maintenance Technician to provide preventative solutions, deliver exceptional service, and help homeowners get the most from their HVAC systems—without the pressure to sell.
What You’ll Do
- Follow our service system and educate customers on their HVAC systems and products.
- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems and identify potential issues.
- Meet and exceed key performance goals while delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle.
- Build strong customer relationships to provide the right solutions and earn referrals.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and company initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-5 years' of proven HVAC experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply them in the field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to learn iPad software.
- Team-oriented mindset while thriving as an independent contributor.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
- Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
