About The Role

As a Territory Manager, you’ll lead the growth of Ria’s money transfer business in your region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team, drive sales, and expand our agent network. You’ll be the go-to person for strategy, coaching, and execution—ensuring your territory meets and exceeds targets while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

If you’re a natural leader with strong business development skills and a passion for building relationships, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Grow: Manage overall sales activity in your territory, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Expand the Network: Recruit new agents and develop existing ones through presentations, demos, and relationship building.
  • Coach and Mentor: Support Account Managers and Field Support Specialists with training, planning, and performance reviews.
  • Drive Strategy: Prepare forecasts, organize sales blitzes, and participate in marketing campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams (Compliance, Settlement, Credit, Agent Support) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to shape regional strategies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce regulatory standards and due diligence across all sales activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in money transfer or financial services.
  • Strong track record in network expansion and relationship management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a measurable impact.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment.
  • Be part of a global brand with a strong purpose.
