Your mission…

As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, your role is to manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Nordic market. You are coordinating all the activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing taking into consideration customer-specific needs and ensuring that the communication flows are well established internally and externally.

You will...

  • Manage order processing and invoicing for your customers
  • Have overall responsibility for communication with your assigned customers, as well as internal stakeholders on customer-specific matters
  • Manage the customer claims, returns, and credit note process
  • Manage the customer relationship in a proactive way
  • Do customer-specific reporting and other tasks
  • Work on continuous improvement of existing processes in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Your profile…

  • You understand Supply Chain processes, specifically the Order-to-cash process
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and take the initiative to drive improvements 
  • You work proactively, catching and reducing potential issues before they happen
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have strong technical skills in IT especially in Excel
  • You have a high level of SAP knowledge
  • You can plan and prioritize your own work efficiently, taking into account important deadlines and service standards
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish. Finnish is an extra advantage, but not a requirement.
