Who we are looking for

We are seeking a motivated, analytic and data oriented Total Rewards Semi Senior to join our People Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compensation and benefits, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to innovative reward strategies that align with our company culture and goals.

What you'll do

  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations for adjustments or improvements.
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track and analyze key metrics related to total rewards.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to compensation and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.

What you'll need

  • 2-4 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel; experience with Workday systems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in Power BI is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Advanced level of English is a must
