Role Objective
Executes transactional requisition-to-order process efficiently to secure delivery of products and services within defined time, budget and specification boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Execute transactional requisition-to-order process efficiently and in accordance with the procedures described in procurement policies.
Initiate follow-up calls with requestors in case of need (e.g., specification clarification, confirmation of demand).
Convert requisitions to purchase orders (PO) using appropriate frame contracts if available.
Execute spot buys when spend amount is within authorized limits; route items over the limit to Strategic Purchaser/Purchaser for resolution.
Monitor PO status, supplier confirmation, and delivery progress.
Identify possible late deliveries and take proactive steps to minimize related risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
Resolve issues related to invoice verification, returned goods, and ship dates upon request, working closely with suppliers and internal customers.
Provide high-quality service to internal customers through system, email, or telephone inquiries.
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with suppliers.
Understand procurement SLAs and demonstrate commitment to fulfilling KPI targets.
Identify updates to procedures and guidelines and recommend them to the team lead.

Experienced purchasing administrator with a background in executing procurement transactions.
Strong knowledge of transactional procurement systems and master data.
Precise and target-oriented executor with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
English knowledge preferred; fluency not required.
