Position Overview
The Business Development and Intelligence Manager, Partner Territories and Travel Retail is responsible for helping the organization to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth, supporting scouting and activation of new Stores, new Corners and new Wholesale opportunities in Middle East, Africa India, CIS and cross Travel Retail EMEA. He/She is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of business data to help drive strategic decisions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, business operations, and strategic planning, with the ability to deliver smart Strategic Business presentations to senior leadership to support business growth and optimization.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
i. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Data Analysis, or a similar role. Experience in consultancy is a plus.
ii. Strong experience with BI tools (i.e. Power BI) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
i. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
ii. Knowledge of business operations, KPIs, and key business metrics.
iii. Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
iv. Fluent in English
