What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement global brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver Global Brand Programs
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all channels.
• Oversee creative development for campaign key visuals
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide ROI analysis.
• Manage relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders for global initiatives

The Ideal Person:

• 5 yrs+ experience in brand campaign management, preferred B2B experience
• Understanding of building / managing brand and value proposition
• Experience in working with internal and external agency partners, managing relations, execution and budgets
• Proven experience in managing digital, multichannel campaigns, and understanding the latest digital trends
• Experience in campaign localisation to multiple markets
• Experience in successfully working in multi-cultural organisations across the globe, understanding of how to
• manage cultural diversity
• Very good level of Business English
• Additional Eastern European or DE language are considered as an advantage.
