Technical Lead - Manufacturing Process Planning

Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Manufacturing Process Planning, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects and offering technical guidance to ensure successful work completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing team capabilities, ensuring process compliance, and driving the implementation of best practices, ultimately contributing to the organization s objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices In Manufacturing Process Planning, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs And Adherence To Project Standards.

2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Manufacturing Process Planning Methodologies And Tools, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Increasing Overall Productivity.

3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Architectural Best Practices While Assessing Associated Risks.

4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects, Facilitating The Timely Closure Of Escalations And Contributing To Project Success.Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Process Planning Principles And Methodologies.

2. Solid Experience In Process Validation And Optimization Techniques.

3. Strong Understanding Of Technical Documentation, Project Management, And Reporting Tools.

4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues.Certification

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Manufacturing Process Engineer (Cmpe), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Or Equivalent Relevant Certifications.
