Position Summary

To support day-to-day operations, coordination of sales activities and communication with Operators relevant team and MX/Marketing/SVC internal teams. This role ensure smooth workflow, accurate reporting, and effective execution of sales processes. Additionly, market visits to check field excution of activities

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
  • Analysis sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Track sales targets and KPIs and alert management on deviations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support sales activities.

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Support PP/PR of Operators .

Skills and Qualifications

Requisitions:

  • B.A- Communications / Marketing / Business administration (completed in the past 12 months)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • This is a one year program with the possibility of extension based on the company’s needs and graduate performance.
