What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning regimes
• Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies and record usage
• Assist and coach junior team members as required.

About You

• Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Experience in commercial or quick-service kitchens
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
• Team player, punctual and safety-minded
