The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist in the development of sales publications from the proofing phase through printing and distribution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with marketing program implementation and support.
  • Proof all marketing related materials to ensure accuracy prior to deployment.
  • Monitor release dates to ensure the sales field receives materials on time.
  • Coordinate the direct shipment of marketing materials from printer to stores.
  • Supervise vendor billing for participation in programs.
  • Maintain the budget spreadsheet of marketing expenditures and credit letters.
  • Develop internal communications for the company intranet as necessary.
  • Follow up on questions from team members and vendors regarding programs, promotions, flyers, etc.
  • Assist with grand openings and promotions as needed.
  • Assist with special department projects as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with and knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable in a team-oriented work environment
