Agile Decision Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, proudly supports the US Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (USCG ALC) in Elizabeth City, NC. We are seeking a Junior Process Improvement Analyst/ISO Auditor to join our team in the Business Operations Division (BOD) at USCG ALC. US Citizenship is required for this position as is the ability to work on-site five (5) days a week. Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in any management related field such as Project, Engineering, Business, Strategic or Operations Management.
  • Four years of experience can be substituted for the degree requirement if that experience is quality, planning or project management related with a high school diploma or associate's degree.
  • US Citizenship is required and the ability to pass a government background investigation.
  • Ability to work on-site at the USCG in Elizabeth City, NC five (5) days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Learns the process of organizational studies, evaluations and audits of systems and procedures for Deputy Commandant Mission Support (DCMS), identifying efforts to improve quality and reduce wase, establish operations and procedure manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Will learn how audits are conducted, deficiency reports are issued to responsible parties, and how corrective action plans are established and completed.
  • Will acquire knowledge about planning methodologies using project management software, reports, charts, data analysis and workflow management to assist operations managers with daily scheduling, problem solving, KPI development and resource allocation to meet product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Will gain knowledge of quality management methodologies, software and programming used in Industry to provide recommendations for improvement to current models, forecasts and tools.
