Soni is supporting a leading pharmaceutical marketing and inside-sales organization in hiring a Lead Generation Specialist. This role focuses on identifying qualified prospects, supporting outbound outreach efforts, and maintaining accurate CRM data to help drive key client programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable performing research and light outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify targeted prospects within assigned programs
  • Qualify leads and update detailed records within internal CRM systems
  • Support outbound calling and email initiatives for lead generation
  • Partner with leadership to ensure proper follow-up and handoff of qualified prospects
  • Maintain accuracy of lists, data, and program tracking
  • Assist with reporting, performance summaries, and lead activity metrics
  • Support new program launches and special marketing projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, customer outreach, or sales support
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb program-specific information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, marketing, or call center environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems
  • Experience supporting outbound campaigns or high-volume programs

Compensation: $22 - $26/ Hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
