Job Summary

The Effectv Product Team is made up of 2 complementary functions – Product Management and Product Commercialization. The Product Commercialization is a small, but mighty team tasked with bringing commercially viable products to market.

The Senior Product Commercialization Manager, Enterprise Products is an exciting new role within the Product Commercialization team at Effectv - responsible for ensuring products at Effectv are packaged, launched and scaled to deliver the best outcomes for our Enterprise clients. Reporting to the Executive Director, Product Commercialization, this role will be an important cross-functional partner within all stages of the product lifecycle – from opportunity evaluation through product launch. The ideal candidate will work with members of our Enterprise Sales team, Product Mgmt. team, Sales Development, ePMO, and Comcast Advertising teams to help us launch the best audience delivery products for our clients.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Delivers high quality products and solutions for Enterprise business clients that maximize value for both clients and Effectv. This includes being accountable for product pilots, launches and scale decisions. 
  • Identifies and builds new product opportunities for Effectv Enterprise business clients through partnership with Comcast Advertising and Effectv teams - maximizing the value for both the clients and Effectv. 
  • Builds and drives commercialization plans and roadmaps to scale products/solutions in market for target Enterprise client stakeholders. 
  • Conducts product gap analyses and communicates client needs with Product management partners to ensure proposer prioritization. 
  • Packages solutions to ensure Effectv sales teams have a clear understanding of product value and are confident to sell to large agency clients. 
  • Supports development of commercial opportunities which may include business case development, opportunity assessments and competitive/market analyses. 
  • Manages high-visibility programs end-to-end with cross functional stakeholders and tracks performance to ensure value delivery meets expectations.
  • Internalizes and represents the Voice of the Enterprise customer throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience. 
  • Drafts and manages requirements and other supporting business documentation (such as use cases, possibly M&Ps (methods and procedures), executive summaries etc.). 
  • Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization. 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

About You: 

  • 6+ years in a product management, commercialization, or product marketing role. 
  • Experience in TV advertising industry or media advertising sales is highly preferred. 
  • 4+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • 4+ years building go-to-market strategies and delivering results from those strategies. 
  • Experience building plans to take existing products and grow customer adoption, sales by identifying new business or customer opportunities.
  • Comfort in working in a cross-functional role. 
  • Track record of success as a storyteller with demonstrated ability to develop a message and communicate across stakeholders in an organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity in a complex, matrixed organization. 
  • Analytical, solutions-oriented skillset. 
  • Comfort in both strategic and hands-on tactical execution. 
  • Excellent, written, verbal and presentation skills, with an ability to work with both business and technical product stakeholders. 
  • ‘Business owner’ mentality – ability to analyze a situation, review alternatives with stakeholders and make a decision 
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity – 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote
