Job Description
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how we share the stories and successes of our Digital Engineering Team in BA Wind team across Vattenfall. You will create engaging content—short videos, photo stories, interviews, and quick updates—that brings colleagues together and celebrates their achievements. Working from concept to final cut, you will direct, film, and edit original pieces that inform and inspire. Your creativity is valued as you pitch new ideas for content such as memes, reels, or cinematic visuals that help make our internal channels more dynamic.

As part of a collaborative team, you will interact with colleagues from different backgrounds who are passionate about driving change in renewable energy. You will contribute by making technical achievements accessible through creative storytelling. Success means delivering regular content that builds connection within the team while supporting Vattenfall’s journey towards fossil freedom.
Qualifications
Who are you
You are currently enrolled in a university programme such as media, film, design, journalism or a related field, and you bring hands-on experience with video production—whether through DSLR or mirrorless cameras, mobile rigs or editing tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut. Your understanding of audio basics and your eye for visual storytelling help you maintain brand consistency across all content. We value your curiosity and boldness to initiate stories that engage our audience and spotlight the innovative work happening at BA Wind.
To succeed in this role, you combine creativity with careful organisation; managing a content calendar comes naturally to you. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and find energy in capturing authentic moments during interviews. When it gets busy, you keep an overview and set priorities so projects move forward smoothly.

Additional information
This role is based in Hamburg, Germany, with a hybrid work setup and the chance to start as soon as possible. The initial contract is for at least 12 months, ideally extending to 24 months. You will learn from experienced mentors while developing your own expertise.
