The Opportunity

Digital is a significant growth area for Franklin Templeton (FT). FT's initial steps in digital were driven by fundamental research and innovation, this has led to a significant increase in demand for our digital products across the globe. Given the increase in pipeline, digital products need to be managed, developed, and deployed at a significantly larger scale. This requires formalizing the function along the lines of digital first tech companies. This role will lead the setting up of this function and help expand it.

As the Head of Digital Products, this role will oversee the conceptualization, build, and deployment of FT's digital products globally. The role would entail building the required product management function and be responsible for the delivery and deployment of FT products across multiple market segments and geographies. The head would have to conceptualize and build a digital platform that enables scalable, friction less growth of an internal plus external ecosystem around FT's digital capabilities. The role would own the end-to-end digital advice platform capability and drive user experience. The role is of a high span as it demands a deep understanding of client facing capabilities along with fundamental AI capabilities like Reinforcement Learning and Dynamic Programming, with a focus on finance.
