Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor
Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Partial Remote
Our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor to support growing HVAC and refrigeration service operations. This part-time role will oversee technical work, ensure compliance, and help support a field technician team.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $50–$70 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time with flexible hours (Minimum of 40 Hours per month)
- Partial remote work available
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and support technicians to ensure proper installation, service quality, and safety standards.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of field personnel.
- Review and approve refrigeration work, permits, documentation, and compliance records.
- Provide technical expertise on system design, code requirements, parts selection, and best practices.
- Support management in expanding HVAC and refrigeration service offerings.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and perform onsite work as needed.
- Ensure all state, federal, and industry compliance requirements are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor License
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
