The purpose of this role is to deliver regular reporting for Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, as well as audience, attribution and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) analysis.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Delivers regular, sharp, action-oriented reporting on our digital estate, including performance across Social Media, Website, Search, Paid, CRM and Email

Works closely with the Digital Marketing Team, defines and tracks suitable KPIs, automating as much of our reporting as possible through dashboard technology and providing optimisation guidance where possible

Manages comprehensive Audience Segmentation and Propensity Modelling, leveraging CRM, historical and behavioural data

Where relevant, leverages third party data to enhance our targeting strategy

Works with the Digital Marketing Team, embed an audience-led approach to our digital content and channels
