What You'll Do
You will take ownership of key HR Operations processes within BCG Tashkent office while being an integral part of the wider People team across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
Reporting to the Caspian HR Operations Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery in areas such as personnel administration, compliance, employee mobility, and payroll coordination.
You will be involved in managing the end-to-end HR operational lifecycle, supporting both local and international staff, and ensuring BCG’s high standards of employee experience and process excellence are met.
Your responsibilities will also include handling employment documentation, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, liaising with local payroll and immigration partners, and contributing to the successful delivery of HR programs in Uzbekistan.
