You will be responsible for aligning our Global HR practices with business objectives our Turkish Engineering office.   You will consult with our people managers on HR-related issues.   You will support both the HR needs and Facilities/Office needs of our Ankara office and will have one HR and Operations Manager and one Office Assistant to support these activities.   You will have dotted line responsibility for a Turkey-specific recruiter.

As with all Generalist roles, you will be the first point of contact for employees in your assigned business unit.

  • Articulate HR practices and ensure fairness and consistency across all employee groups
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of organizational practices and answer questions by managers and employees as needed
  • Support our hiring goals by working with our (to be hired) Ankara-based recruiter
  • Promote the hiring and retention of a qualified and diverse Ankara workforce
  • Implement and execute proactive positive employee relations
  • Investigate and resolve employee and manager concerns regarding employment practices 


  • University Degree
  • Minimum of 15 years of senior human resources experience
  • Experience working with engineers and technical teams
  • Experience working at a global company with fewer than 500 employees
  • Fluency in English and deep familiarity with Turkish employment law and benefits practices
