Manufacturing Assembler – Mentor, Ohio

Shift: 1st shift (6am-230pm)

or Split shift (10 AM–6:30 PM training → 2nd shift 2:30–11 PM)

Pay: $17.50/hr during training → $18/hr once hired

We're looking for Manufacturing Assemblers to join our Production Team! In this hands-on role, you'll assemble, test, and inspect products while using small hand tools and applying basic electrical/mechanical skills. No two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CSI, or UKG is a plus.
