The company operates with a lean, fast-moving culture characterized by minimal hierarchy, direct access to leadership, and a bias toward action. It is building a formal enterprise Strategy and EPMO organization to identify, analyze, and lead key strategic initiatives across the business.
The Opportunity
The Director of Strategic Analytics will play a critical role in providing the data-driven insights and analytical foundation that inform Arclin’s strategic decisions and enterprise priorities. This newly created position partners closely with the Director of Strategy, the PMO, and the executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support integration and transformation initiatives.
This role combines strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and commercial insight. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building models that drive clarity, and translating data into actionable strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead enterprise-level financial and operational models to assess strategic initiatives, investments, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the Strategy and PMO teams to provide analytical support for integration, network optimization, and growth projects.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic priorities.
- Build business cases for capital investments, new product lines, or footprint changes, including ROI and scenario analysis.
- Design and implement frameworks for ongoing performance tracking and strategic KPI measurement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial to align analytics with business goals.
- Prepare and communicate clear, insight-driven recommendations to senior leadership and private equity sponsors.
- Contribute to the development of agile decision tools and dashboards to enable faster, data-based decision-making.
What You Bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic analytics, corporate finance, or business analysis roles.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proven experience developing business models, dynamic asset planning models, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses to support enterprise decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for executive and investor audiences.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally within dynamic, lean organizations.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools or analytics platforms a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Background in manufacturing, industrials, or private equity–backed companies strongly valued.
