Position: Products Life Cycle Planner

Reports to: Head of Products Life Cycle & Inventory Management

Location: Ladkarbang

Mission;

  • New products project to prepare obsolescence plan on phase in and phase out products
  • Support for Inventory healthy Analysis , work with APAC entities to reduce TP & Excess Inventory , flushing inventory between entities /zone/plants
  • UHS Report Rollout to APAC Entities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Manager and Head of Products life cycle to simplify products portfolio of new products before open launch to market.
  • Coordinate with APAC Entities to reduce inventory of phase out products , give the target to stop Replenishment order
  • Work with APAC Demand forecast & CP team for products mapping ,marketing launch , time to stop Replenishment forecast 1st stock build . etc.
  • SKU reduction for all APAC entities
  • Take lead for Monthly meeting for unhealthy inventory with Entities to take action to reduce UHS , write off , flushing ,highlight products to have special action from Marketing and Sale to reduce inventory
  • work with WW supply Chain to implement UHS report in WW Qlik Sense to reduce to manual work of Entities to prepare manual Excel file
  • work with Central planning to for flushing excess inventory
  • Provide regular reports and KPI reports
  • Support WW and AMERA project relate to Inventory Products phase in /phase out ,etc..,
  • Participate and handle in related projects
  • Other projects as assigned

Must Have:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in any fields
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Supply chain area, or 5 years in Operations & Production
  • English proficiency
  • Demand and inventory planning skills , would be benefit
  • Good knowledge in Supply chain management.
  • Good analytical skills (KPIs measurement & analysis)
  • MS office (Excel proficiency)
  • Willing to do some traveling
