Academic Program Specialist, Global Affairs
The Academic Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operations of FHSU’s international partnerships and advancing digital systems that sustain global enrollment and collaboration. This role supports academic and administrative coordination for cross-border partnerships while also maintaining the digital tools, workflows, and data processes that connect students, faculty, staff, and partner institutions. The position provides hands-on experience in the use of information systems, data analytics, and workflow automation in a global higher-education setting. By combining strong operational awareness with technology and data fluency, this position ensures GAISS processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with the university’s global mission. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, global environment.

Salary: $16.23 / hour
