CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a General Manager, ideally within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated experience operating in Africa with strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and talent considerations.
• Proven track record in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• This is a live-in, single-status position due to the accommodation provided.
• Strong Food & Beverage & Operations background with the ability to elevate service standards and drive revenue performance.
• Exceptional owner and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to proactively drive commercial results, strengthen business partnerships, and ensure operational excellence.
• 2-year fixed-term contract (FTC).
