  • Actively contribute to define value strategy with other departments (Finance, Sales & Marketing) and imbed Revenue Growth into the core business processes
  • Track & optimize customer spend by evaluating spend ROI and steering spend into the most profitable spend types / into most strategic accounts (per PROFS - PROS segmentation)
  • Measure revenue growth results vs targets, and identify what works / what does not work to derive future action plans
  • Monitor competitors activities relating to their value strategy, pricing & promotional activities.
