JOB TITLE/LOCATION:

Stockroom Coordinator – Baldwin Park, CA

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Receives incoming and raw materials and supplies
  • Examines incoming materials to verify completeness and accuracy in quantity against shipping documents
  • Receive and check in product from vendors. Verify against pack lists
  • XRF raw materials
  • Moves goods to corresponding destination or to storage
  • Material handling as needed for manufacturing
  • Verify part number with proper documentation placed on parts
  • Issuing raw material or components to production and transact in AS400
  • Maintains records of materials and supplies received
  • Package product adequately to protect during transportation
  • Print and apply proper labels for identification
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Disassembles wooden or cardboard containers and removes materials from containers
  • Schedule courier & freight pick-ups

EDUCATION:

  • A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years shipping/receiving/warehouse experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing/logistics environment.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Good computer, math and reading skills required.
  • Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills required.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be a U.S. Person which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders], U.S. National, Refugee, or Asylee.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. Salary Range: $18-22 hourly. Relocation assistance not available and we are only considering local candidates.
