iZettle is growing in all directions! We have more customers and more products than ever before. To keep our finger on the pulse of our customers, we’re looking for a retention specialist to join our inside sales team in Mexico City.
As a Retention Specialist, you are proactive in contacting iZettle’s extensive customer base to ensure we retain our most valuable customers. Not only will this increase the lifetime value of the customer, it will ensure they remain with iZettle as they continue to grow. As an experienced salesperson you must be able to work independently to achieve ambitious targets, working through targeted account lists to speak with a high volume of customers daily (predominantly over the phone) in order to uncover new opportunities and reach your weekly targets. This role will require you to make 40-50 calls per day. With the right drive and attitude there will be endless opportunities for you to grow together with iZettle.
