Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Storeroom Team Lead. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pm
The hourly rate for this position is 23.92/hour per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Eaton’s Commercial Products and Assemblies division is currently seeking a Team Leader, Back Storeroom to join our team. This position is based out of our Sumter, SC facility.
The primary function of this role is to provide manufacturing expertise, support and direction to the Storeroom Team.
The Storeroom Team Leader will assist the Storeroom Supervision in the assignment of daily tasks to ensure all material handling processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner and to support our customers. They will play a key role in troubleshooting processes, detractors, identifying process improvement opportunities and working with internal/external customers to meet their required needs. The Storeroom Team Leader is also responsible for providing manufacturing expertise, support and direction to all areas throughout the storeroom process, to increase profitability, align performance with production goals, quality standards and customer service objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing team training initiatives, cross shift communications and promoting teamwork.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach at or above shoulder level; grip; and use hands to handle and feel. The employee is frequently required to walk; stoop; lift; carry; push; pull; and grip. The employee is frequently required to lift/carry up to 35 pounds. The employee is frequently required to push/pull up to or greater than 35 pounds. The vision requirements include far and close vision with depth perception and color discrimination. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to listen and to talk.
