Business Analyst- Insurance Associate Manager

Role Overview

As an Associate Manager in the Insurance Team, you will lead delivery for complex technology transformation projects in the insurance sector. You will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with Accenture’s global standards. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and team management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives in insurance.
  • Project Delivery:
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects or dedicated workstreams, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Ensure compliance with Accenture methodologies and quality standards.
  • Team management:
    • Lead and mentor consultants and analysts. Drive capability development within the insurance practice.
  • Solution design:
    • Oversee design and implementation of technology solutions, such as core insurance systems, and/or systems integration using integration frameworks.
  • Risk & Governance:
    • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5 – 7 years in technology consulting or insurance / financial services industry.
    • Proven track record in managing system integration projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of insurance processes (policy, claims, underwriting) in life and/or non-life insurance.
    • Expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Proficiency in English and Czech or Slovak language.
