We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) to join our Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

• Generate strong concepts and champion ideas with enthusiasm - developing a comprehensive vision (360 degrees) of the creative concept and ensure that all channels (digital, social, TV, radio and print) are consistent with the strategy, guidelines and brand tone.
• Work closely with Account Services, Strategy and Delivery teams from briefing through to production
• Oversee junior creatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, strategy and client requisites.
• Present concepts and rationale to key clients, be knowledgeable on their business and build strong and collaborative client relationships
• Identify new creative opportunities on your accounts
• Contribute to raising the overall creative standards for the agency through effective and award winning work.
• Keep up to date with new innovations & technologies, evolving industry, cultural and social trends to ensure our clients benefit from ideas relevant to the target audience and improved creative output

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in an agency environment.
• Excellent creative conceptual thinker
• Outstanding communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Strong, persuasive, client management abilities
• Exceptional people skills.
• Undergraduate diploma or degree in design, marketing or equivalent.
