As the Senior Financial Planning Analyst you will be responsible for a wide array of financial, strategic, and operational analysis supporting all aspects of the company, with a particular focus on budgeting and planning for the North America business. This role will support the process for budget, forecast, and long-range planning, including P&L and total capex.

Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 - 50 hours per week

Pay: $100,000 - $110,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and developing the budgeting, forecasting, and LRP for total North America operations.
  • Partner with Finance line item owners to construct and analyze total consolidated P&L.
  • Support leadership in understanding key drivers to variances vs plan.
  • Provide ad hoc decision support on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and finance counterparts to develop calendar for budget and LRP.
  • Help support cashflow forecast and assumptions for 3 statement financial model.
  • Consolidate capex forecast and report out monthly risks and opportunities.
  • Support the assessment of channel profitability thru allocations.
  • Participate in identifying and measuring of initiatives to help drive top line growth and/or margin expansion
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA a plus
  • 3+ years’ work experience including financial and/or operational analysis
  • Experience with financial budgeting
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced understanding and working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with EPM tools
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
