Key Responsibilities:

Position: ICT Engagement and Infrastructure Officer

Location: National Office, Phnom Penh

Salary: Negotiable

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the entire lifecycle of network and system solutions and platforms. S/he participate in capacity planning, support the creation and the maintenance of network disaster recovery plans and monitor network and system performance activities. S/he lead technical design and development of network/system solutions and platform projects. Working with business stakeholders and customer support for national office, Will serve as an Administrator for WVI-C digital applications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with IT regional to implement or updating digital service for National Office (NO) in Phnom Penh & Filed Offices across Provinces.
• Provide ICT technical support, helpdesk support both hardware and software to end users for NO
• Advise users to align with ICT policies and guidelines.
• Respond to the user’s problem and convey solution.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate it into IT / Digital requirements.
• Recommend expenditures based on the size, scope, and cost of hardware and software components.
• Coordinate with vendors and providers for procurement of ICT equipment.
• Understand business process in order to consult and improve system.
• Well-functioning of network infrastructures and connectivity in National Office, operations offices, and APs.
• Serve as system enterprise, Outlook Domino Server, and messaging and data communication administrator.
• Research new digital technology solution to improve daily work for ICT team or staffs, transfer of knowledge and technical guidance in multiple areas of expertise.
• Analyses feasibility studies (including new project) and make recommendations to ICT Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in IT or computer science
• 3 + years experiences in system, IT help desk support, network infrastructure, installation, configuration and troubleshooting/ Linux, Windows server administration/ Cyber security
• 2 + years experiences in the areas of IT management, project management, process engineering or solutions management.
• Skill in Networking, Cisco (CCNA and CCNP)/ ITIL V4 Certify
• Experience in facilitating information security risk assessments.
• High priority for Network connectivity for both national office and area program office
• Knowledge of information technology systems and IT security management, both theory and practice
• Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
