Primary Responsibilities
As a Senior Global Compensation Consultant, you will serve as one of the company’s leading authorities and recognized experts in the design and execution of our compensation strategy. You will combine deep compensation expertise with analytical skills to design, propose and execute compensation strategies that drive Agilent’s global success. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their knowledge of job architecture, project/program management and consulting skills to deliver strategic recommendations for senior leadership. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $172,512.00 - $269,550.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
