Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record keeping: Inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems accurately.
- Document preparation: Creating, formatting, and editing reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- Spreadsheet management: Building and maintaining Excel sheets for tracking inventory, schedules, or performance metrics.
- File organization: Sorting, labeling, and maintaining both digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:
- Excellent working knowledge of computer applications
- Proficiency in MS Office : Word/Excel.
- Attention to detail
