The main missions of the role are
Maintain and develop technical knowledge in operations through white book, trainings, and workshops.
Provide Benchmarks per process, Lessons learned and collect plant feedback for all process parameters and performance KPI such as C/O, CT, m², DLE, OEE, TEEP, etc.
Compare performance of equipment to decide on future strategy.
Check if new equipment is aligned to the 10 Lean Equipment concepts (ie Change over from rear, autoeject…)
Ensure consistency of standard approach in cooperation with PLE, CPO, GPL, ECC and Operations
Networking including ME organization at plant level.
Define roll-out strategy of equipment per region considering supplier competition to improve KPI’s
Ensure equipment is in line with Capex targets, minimum technical solution approach for scalable equipment.
Lead capacity analysis to avoid/reduce the need of new equipment during IDW and TMD workshops.
Validate CAPEX for new investments and reuse requested on investment list on CAR submission process.
Track, document and follow up OEE/TEEP on incumbent technology to identify improvement opportunities and define together with plants, improvement strategy towards to the OEE/TEEP Division targets.
Create annual master plan for capacity utilization and OEE/TEEP improvement by technology, using program industrial timing, internal and customer milestones.
Promote between plants cooperation to implement and deploy continuous improvement projects related equipment reuse, footprint reduction and OEE/TEEP across the NAO plants.
Propose, lead and validate with BG industrial transfer of machines and products between plants to improve TEEP/OEE and CAPEX.
Active and continuous participation in special projects as Sprinkler system in Qro plant to have a close follow up and reporting to the NAO industrial team.
