Job summary

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Pega technologies you will leverage your expertise in Pega Case Management Decision Hub Data and Integration Application Development and User Experience to deliver innovative solutions. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and user-centric design contributing to the companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega Case Management solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Pega Decision Hub to enable data-driven decision-making and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless connectivity between systems and optimize data flow.
  • Develop Pega Application solutions that are robust scalable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Enhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega User Interfaces that meet user needs and improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Pega development to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in Pega technologies.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that drive business growth and positively impact society.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Pega Case Management with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Decision Hub with a proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Have extensive experience in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless system connectivity.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Pega Application Development creating robust and scalable solutions.
  • Showcase skills in Pega User Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Hold a minimum of 6 years of experience in Pega technologies with a maximum of 10 years.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
