Job Description:

Xchanging Italy, part of DXC Technology group, is looking for an Applications Support Specialist with experience in Financial Reporting and Derivatives Back Office

The senior-level candidate will join the support department and will be responsible for providing support to a specific client and assistance with the Xchanging applications and services handled by the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Application and functional support for clients in the financial sector
  • Support for financial instruments (shares, bonds, derivatives, funds, private equity, etc.)
  • Assistance with tax compliance and regulatory reporting (770, Single Justice Fund, etc.)
  • General tax assistance (capital income, miscellaneous income and related certifications)
  • Assistance with MiFID II regulations
  • Assistance with CRS/FATCA regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the role/sector, gained in equivalent outsourcing companies or companies developing and providing specialised application solutions in the sector or financial intermediaries
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in economics/finance
  • Good technical skills: familiarity with the use of complex software tools, Excel and file management tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Reliability, autonomy and proactivity complete the profile.

Work Location: Milan (MI) with smartworking possibility
