As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple client engagements. This role combines administrative tasks with proactive customer communication, requiring a hands-on approach to process improvement.

You will act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day operations. Beyond task execution, you will take ownership, think critically, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to enhance satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Execute operational workflows, including offer validation, contract processing, data quality checks, and master data cleansing.
  • Maintain accurate process administration and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Conduct outbound customer communication to verify information and provide updates.
  • Document work instructions and process flows to support operational clarity.
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.
  • Deliver high service standards and strive for excellent client satisfaction.
  • Design process flows, address operational challenges, and translate them into actionable enhancements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative work and outbound customer contact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residing near Amsterdam or able to commute to the office at least twice per week.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Siebel).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in the utility or products domain, or with large B2B administrative processes.
