Hiring Salary: $4,600.33 - $6,440.46/Monthly

The Program Administrator manages the day-to-day operational and fiscal activities for the County Relative Caregiver Program. This position will provide leadership to the program which is the primary source for relative caregivers and their families and whose mission is to provide support and services to children whose parents are unable or unwilling to raise them and are being raised by relatives.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in the social services field; OR Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience in the social services field. Must have a valid Driver’s License.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community agency representatives.
• Skill working with families and children.
• Knowledge with program development including budgets and management.
• Knowledge of computer hardware (setting up webinar equipment) and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and frequently evenings.
