Principal Responsibilities

  • Daily management of the Claims Team to follow internal and external claims guidelines on delivery high quality of services for customers
  • Processes all types of claims assessment include major and minor claims
  • Implements relevant claims processes and procedures in comply with internal compliance and external regulatory requirements
  • As a lead position represent Claims team to participate on company projects assigned, included but not limit to claims system and workflow process enhancement, product revamp or designs, regulatory related enhancement
  • Regularly review and revise internal claims manual, guidelines and practicesProvides high quality claims services and support to distribution channels, branches and internal departments
  • Gives feedback on claims process, procedures in order to improve efficiency and quality of underwriting operationDevelop skill set of claims assessors so can cope with the update needs of company

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above
  • Proven experience in major and minor claims assessment
  • Experience on managing claims team
  • Possess or in pursuit of professional qualifications such as FLMI, FLHC, etc will be an advantage to consider the post
  • Proficiency in written communications and spoken English and Chinese
  • Can work independently with strong job commitment, and also can work as a team
  • Proactive and positive mindset on problem solution is also advantage to consider the post
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
