As a Project Manager for our Testing Steering Committee, you will be the one driving a centralized testing culture, dramatically enhancing the efficiency of our R&D Overall Vehicle testing, and forge powerful collaborations across our global R&D ecosystems. This role challenges you to pioneer the acceleration of Digital Testing for our upcoming carlines in China, crafting bespoke solutions for this vital market. You will architect the digital release process within GRC/RDVV OVI86, ensuring it embodies Mercedes-Benz's unwavering commitment to excellence. Field of Work:

• Central coordination of Vehicle Function testing activities
• Steer and Monitor Vehicle Release Status
• Drive Digital Testing Development
• Establish Quality Processes
• Develop OTA Release Processes
• Ensure Compliance

Qualifikationen

• Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel inside China and foreign countries.
• Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is mandatory
• German language knowledge is an advantage
• Min. 3 years working experience in Overall Vehicle testing and development area
• Familiar with vehicle development process is an advantage.
• Working experience in international company is a plus.
