Role Summary

A Content Design Senior Analyst is a team player, ready to bring his/her expertise to the table in order to create quality content. For this position, it is crucial that the person is capable to adapt their writing style to several formats, as well as having a deep understanding of the English and Spanish languages to properly translate, transcribe, and adapt texts as required.

A Content Design Senior Analyst should be able to proofread texts, scripts, and any other material, as well as to intuitively adapt to the tone of voice and messages required by the customers. He/She should be able to clearly understand the goals of the project and confidently communicate with stakeholders if required, as well as with supervisors.

Creativity, proactivity and problem-solving skills are fundamental for a Content Design Senior Analyst to successfully transmit his/her knowledge and add value to the final deliveries.

Scope & Complexity:

  • Must have people skills and be a team player.
  • Work with other copywriters and his/her supervisor to complete all the tasks assigned
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders in meetings and must be able to clearly communicate ideas and support the team

Key Responsibilities:

  • The writer should have a deep understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their objectives, and the ability to generate relevant and on point copy for every brief.
  • Their content should attract, inform and engage target audiences while delivering the intended business message.
  • Working alongside designers and program managers, the copywriter must be a keen team player and be able to regularly contribute ideas to the outcomes in original, creative and innovative ways.
  • The writer will write and edit a variety of marketing content formats such as websites, social media, internal communications and business writing.

Job Specific Experience, Education and Skills

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in copywriting or creative content development
  • It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and others
  • Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others
  • Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team
  • Possesses the skills to keep track of specific requirements and due dates with minimal supervision
  • Creative and problem-solving skills are required to fulfill the requests of the client with the best strategy and defined formats
  • The position requires for the Content Design Senior Analyst to have knowledge on various copywriting formats and be able to adapt to the style required by the client
